For people wishing to start a career in recruitment, we offer the best possible start by enrolling you in our 6 week REC accredited Training Academy. Consultants who join us with some experience are evaluated and offered additional training by enrolling on some of our Internal Training and Development Programs which means that ambitious people can expect rapid career opportunities towards Team Leader and Managerial roles.
Wherever you join us, you’ll be supported by specialist team leaders and highly experienced, friendly colleagues who provide clear direction and guidance, whilst encouraging autonomy and personal ownership of your own vertical market. The work is varied and challenging, encompassing the full recruitment process, but with an emphasis on Account Management and Candidate Generation throughout the UK
